1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the online Hotel Management Academy operated by S.R. Caterers & Event Management Pvt. Ltd. ("S.R. Caterers", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a webinar, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, make an enquiry, register for a webinar, and access courses you are enrolled in. You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

3. Accounts

Some features, including course access, require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used improperly.

4. Courses, enrolment and access

Courses are delivered online as structured video lessons with supporting resources. Course access is time-limited: unless stated otherwise, access to a course remains active for 3 months from the date of enrolment/payment, after which you may re-enrol. Course content, structure and availability may be updated or improved over time.

5. Payments, pricing and refunds

Some courses are free and some are paid. Prices for paid courses are shown on the course page and are payable through our payment gateway. We take reasonable care to display prices accurately; if an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour it. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and your use of that provider is subject to its own terms.

Refund & cancellation policy: Course fees are non-refundable. However, fees may be transferable, subject to approval from the management, in cases where a course is stopped and later restarted.

6. Live webinars

Webinar dates, times and topics are indicative and may change. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact details they provided. Registration is for the individual who registers and is not transferable unless we agree otherwise.

7. Catering and event enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this website are requests for information only and do not create a booking or contract. Any catering or event engagement is subject to a separate agreement, quotation and confirmation between you and S.R. Caterers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the Academy — including course videos, text, graphics, logos, the "S.R. Caterers" name and branding, and the site's design — is owned by or licensed to S.R. Caterers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, download (except where a download is expressly provided), record, redistribute, publish, resell or share course content or your account access with others without our written permission.

9. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Content is provided for general information and educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

10. Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services (for example video hosting, payment processing, email delivery and content-delivery networks) and may contain links to third-party websites, such as maps or social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We aim to keep the website available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or Academy at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S.R. Caterers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the Academy. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website.
